Filtering Lauryn Hill's knack with a laidback slow jam through the lens of '60s and '70s psychedelia and hippy culture - Gold was brought up in Copenhagen among the free thinking Christiana commune - 'Color Trip' feels like an acid-loaded wander through the woods with trippy slide guitar riffs melting away into smoky shrouds of vintage synth.
